Zealand

Xactware users report significant efficiency and improved customer satisfaction

BRISBANE, Australia, and LEHI, Utah - Xactware, a leading provider of

technologies for property claims, has announced its expansion into the

Australian and New Zealand markets with claims solutions built specifically for

Australian and New Zealand property insurance professionals.

Xactware, a member of the Verisk Insurance Solutions group at Verisk Analytics

(Nasdaq:VRSK), was founded in 1986 and provides mobile and online property

claims estimating and claims management tools that sync and store information

digitally in the cloud. The company has enjoyed widespread adoption in countries

where their solutions have been introduced. In the United States, 22 of the top

25 property insurers use Xactware's property claims solutions as do 10 of the

top 10 in Canada. In both the United States and Canada, more than 80 percent of

insurance repair contractors use Xactware estimating tools. Xactware holds a

similar market share among independent adjusters and other claims professionals.

In addition, Xactware recently introduced its solutions to the United Kingdom,

Ireland, Belgium, and Netherlands markets.

Xactware is working with Insurtech Systems Pty Ltd as the exclusive

representative in Australia and New Zealand. "Xactware customers around the

world report significant time savings after adopting the solutions," said Brian

Hill, head of Xactware Australia and New Zealand. "At the same time, property

claims professionals gain a wealth of detailed information that helps them solve

issues before they become problems, reduces claims handling costs, allows

insurers claims transparency, and improves customer satisfaction."

Xactware solutions offer customers the flexibility to continue to use the

workflows and processes that have made them successful, while providing improved

efficiency and critical real-time information for professionals and their

managers.

"Xactware solutions are a great fit for Australia and New Zealand," said Jim
